Registration at the school

I. First step: confirm your venue to the admissions team !

II. To start your registration the first payment is required.                        
See below the payment schedule.

III. You will be requested to sign the programme agreement.

IV. Whenever the 1st payment is confirmed and the agreement signed you will receive an email to complete your registration on ISIS, our administrative portal.

V. Upon your administrative registration is complete, you will be given access to « MyServices » student portal, where you will be able to book an accomodation in one of our students’ residences in Douai.

International Payment Schedule
1^st payment :    25 %, €4,500 to be paid preferably before June 30^th*
2^nd payment :  12,5%, €2,250 on November 20th, 2024
3^rd payment :  12,5%, €2,250 on February 20th, 2025
4^th payment :    15 %, €2,700 on August 20th, 2025
5^th payment :    20 %, €3,600 on November 20th, 2025
6^th payment :    15 %, €2,700 on February 20th, 2026
Direct Debit from the 2nd payment.
* For non Eu-citizens, keep in mind that you need to submit your visa application at least two months before the start of the program.

EU Citizens Payment Schedule
1^st payment :    25 %, €3,500 to be paid preferably before June 30^th*
2^nd payment :  12,5%, €1,750 on November 20th, 2024
3^rd payment :  12,5%, €1,750 on February 20th, 2025
4^th payment :    15 %, €2,100 on August 20th, 2025
5^th payment :    20 %, €2,800 on November 20th, 2025
6^th payment :    15 %, €2,100 on February 20th, 2026
